Nationwide “Impeach Obama” Day set for August 6th.

The article is right.  With Congress divided the way it is, no actual impeachment is being discussed.  However, if the Republicans win back control of the Senate in the 2014 midterms, which is looking increasingly possible, then it’s a whole new ball game.  If the GOP wins big in 2014, the last two years of Obama’s presidency could make Bill Clinton’s last two years in the White House look like a picnic.

A grassroots group with thousands of members is planning nationwide protests August 6 calling for President Obama’s impeachment.

The group, “Overpasses for Impeachment,” has gained steam since launching in mid-June and now appears to have a presence on all 50 states.

Scores of protests are on tap, with members taking to overpasses above major throughways during morning and afternoon rush hour brandishing signs calling for impeachment.

The organizing has been done mainly via the group’s Facebook Page, which has spawned Facebook groups in all 50 states, most of which appear to have hundreds and in a couple of cases thousands of members.

The group has already staged dozens of overpass protests leading up to the nationwide event August 6. One in North Carolina, covered yesterday by the Winston-Salem Journal, appears typical.

On Tuesday, 15 local protesters got an early start. They gathered at the Harper Road exit on Interstate 40 in Clemmons for three hours for what the organizer of the event, Michelle Taylor, said is “a precursor to the national movement.”

Protesters wielded hand-made signs declaring “Impeach Obama” and flags, joining in what is called “Overpasses for Obama’s Impeachment.”

Most states have multiple protests planned for August 6. The Florida group has scheduled 14, while at least eight will be held around California.

So far, the organization seems more a vehicle for protesting against Obama than actually impeaching him, as there is little evidence of any serious consideration in Congress to remove the president. The group’s website lists a dozen “reasons for impeachment,” several of which focus on unilateral actions Obama has taken without the consent of Congress.

Nashville, Tennessee man has fathered 22 children with 14 different women.

I like how the guy says at the end of this article that he’s decided not have any more children.  Well, that’s comforting!  If he’d knocked up a few more women, I’d say that might be over the line!  Twenty-two kids from 14 different women is just right.  Phew!

No way is this guy done impregnating women.

Someone needs to get this guy in a junior-high school sex-ed class immediately and introduce this guy to the wonders of birth control.

Keep breeding and having illegitimate children, Orlando Shaw!  Don’t let generations of African-American poverty and fatherlessness end with you!  You have a legacy to uphold!

Moron.  I hope he does get a reality TV show so people can see up close how prevalent this is with blacks in the U.S.

A Nashville, TN man, Orlando Shaw, may be getting his own reality series after being featured on the local news for having fathered 22 children by 14 different women. reports, “I’ve had a lot of people from Hollywood calling me,” said Shaw. He has already signed a production deal with a Los Angeles agency. Given that the state of Tennessee pays more than $7,000 per month to support Shaw’s children, the show may generate some much-needed income for the 33-year-old dad. NewsChannel5 first interviewed Shaw last month after a child support hearing. When asked why he had so many children, he said “I was just young and ambitious and I love women. Hey, you can’t knock no man for loving a woman.”

The story instantly went viral after it was posted by the station. There have also been numerous memes and even an auto-tune parody of the story.

One thing that Shaw wants to make abundantly clear is the fact that he is not a deadbeat dad and that all of his children and their mothers know where to find him and if they can’t contact him he’ll find them. His 16 year old daughter is currently pregnant and Shaw had this to say about the current predicament, “I have babies for her. If she wanted a baby, daddy has plenty for us.”

News channel 5 also reported the comments of Juvenile Court Magistrate Scott Rosenberg, who wasn’t the least bit surprised at the sensational response from people, “Some of these things were so shocking that people had never heard before and didn’t realize these situations exist,” said Rosenberg.

Many people have wondered why Rosenberg couldn’t just order Shaw to have a vasectomy. “People have the right to have children and there’s no constitutional limit on the right to procreate,” said Rosenberg.”

Channel 5 also reported Shaw’s feelings on a vasectomy, “Shaw could do it himself, but he said that was something he would resist. “Have you seen the movie War Horse? I’m a war horse and I don’t want to be cut down there and it won’t work the right way no more,” said Shaw.”

Shaw has vowed that he will not have any more children.

Pres. Obama claims murderous Vietnamese dictator, Ho Chi Minh, was inspired by Thomas Jefferson and founding documents of the U.S.

I’m sure it will be comforting to hear for Vietnam veterans and those in the U.S. who lost loved ones in the Vietnam conflict, that Ho Chi Minh, one of the most notorious mass murderers of the last century, was actually inspired by our founding fathers and founding documents.  This has to be one of the most ignorant things I’ve heard come out of Pres. Obama’s mouth.  And that’s saying something.  It will be interesting to see how many in the mainstream media will pick up on his comments.  If George W. Bush had said something this dumb, they would be trumpeting it from the rooftops, no doubt about it.

..we discussed the fact that Ho Chi Minh was actually inspired by the U.S. Declaration of Independence and Constitution, and the words of Thomas Jefferson.”

President Obama talking to reporters alongside Vietnamese President Truong Tan Sang.

It may come as some unwelcome news to the families of the nearly 60,000 Americans who died in the Vietnam War that the whole thing was just a misunderstanding.

That was the impression President Obama gave on Thursday when he spoke to the press after his meeting with Vietnamese President Truong Tan Sang. Sang brought Obama a copy of a letter sent to President Harry Truman from Ho Chi Minh in which the communist dictator spoke hopefully of cooperation with the United States.

Obama, striking a wistful tone, observed that it may have taken 67 years, but the United States and Vietnam were finally enjoying the relationship that Ho once wrote of. After all, Obama said, Ho had been “inspired by the words of Thomas Jefferson.”

The message here was that if only we might have bridged our differences then – if only Ho and Truman could have done what Obama and Sang did this week, so much unpleasantness might have been avoided.

While Jefferson did get pretty fired up about “the blood of tyrants,” it’s hard to see how the Sage of Monticello inspired the murderous career of the Vietnamese dictator. Ho famously slaughtered his opponents, including the infamous butchery of peasant farmers who resisted his brutal taxation in the early days of Ho’s regime. Not particularly Jeffersonian.

Estimates run as high as half-a-million killed in Ho’s effort to consolidate power after his communist forces drove the French out of Indochina. The killing of landlords and bourgeois-class merchants was famous even in its day and since then has been documented in even more horrifying detail.

And those who carried his banner forward following his death in 1969 – he remains “Uncle Ho” even to this day – built upon his brutal regime. Following the final U.S. retreat from Vietnam untold thousands of Vietnamese, deemed collaborators by the regime, were put to death. He and his Leninist regime used V.I. Lenin’s tactics: murder, terror and “reeducation” to obtain, maintain and expand power.

Ho, whose preserved corpse lies in a glass tomb modeled after Lenin’s in Hanoi, was a seriously bad actor. Whether the United States should have sought to oust him or not or whether the war was rightly fought, Ho was not any heir to Jefferson and the Founding Fathers.

In Obama’s credulous citing of the Constitution as an inspiration, there is particular historical dissonance. One of the great murders of the 20th century could not have been truly inspired by the most significant advancement of the rights of the individual in human history.

Obama may have just been trying to flatter his guest who was obviously eager to show that Ho was not the monster history shows him to be. But his connection between the American founders and Ho shows either a massive lack of historical knowledge on the part of the president or a remarkable degree of moral flexibility.

While the president and his team will no doubt dismiss any mention of this as “phony,” this, which as either a gaffe or facile flattery, will not be so easily waved off. The memories and frustrations of America’s Vietnam veterans remain strong forces even today.

Woman cheats on her husband & gets pregnant; court rules husband must pay child support for child that isn’t his.

So this women cheats on her husband, lies to the guy she’s cheating with, telling him she’s no longer married, gets pregnant by the guy she is cheating with, and then after the divorce from her husband, she gives birth and the husband was almost required to pay child support for a child that isn’t his.  Makes perfect sense.  What a wonderful family court system we have!

The divorce and child support laws in this country are a joke.  And people wonder why men in the U.S. are getting married later and later, if at all.  It’s way past time for mandatory DNA testing for all live births in this country.  The women’s rights groups and feminists will go ballistic, but too bad.  This goes on way more often than people are aware of and it’s almost always the man who gets the shaft.  Being required to pay child support for a child you did not father because your wife cheated on you is raw exploitation, plain and simple.

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) – When a divorced dad was ordered to pay support for a child who isn’t his, he turned to Target 8 for help.

It’s legal for the state to order Joseph Chmelar to pay for another man’s child and to deny biological fathers who want to pay from doing so. One lawmaker called that “outrageous.”

Joseph Chmelar is a divorced dad of two. Not even nine months after the split, Chmelar got some shocking news from his boys.

“They got in the car and they were bouncing up and down and telling me that mom has a new baby and I said, ‘Is she baby-sitting?'” Chmelar recalled. “Is she looking after someone?”

Chmelar couldn’t believe it, but his ex-wife had given birth. She had gotten pregnant during their separation by another man. At the time, she was still legally married to Chmelar.

Court papers clearly acknowledge the baby is not Chmelars. They show the child belongs to another man and say that man had “established a personal, financial or custodial relationship with the child.” The court ordered medical expenses be split between the biological parents.

But the Friday before Father’s Day, Chmelar got a letter in the mail from Friend of the Court. The letter said he owed $8,500 in back child support plus medical expenses for a baby his ex-wife had with another man.

“I thought, ‘My God, this is hilarious.’ It’s Father’s Day weekend and here’s the biggest joke that I think I’ve ever had played on me transpiring right now,” said Chmelar.

Target 8 asked Ottawa County Friend of the Court Office how it could be legal to require Chmelar to pay child support for a child everyone agrees isn’t his.

Thirteen-year old orphan girl gang-raped in Texas by illegal immigrants. Mainstream media yawns.

In my mind, this story is every bit as tragic as the George Zimmerman/Trayvon Martin story, yet we’re hearing very little outcry and outrage from the mainstream media, considering how horrific what happened to this girl is.

Oh yeah, the rapists were illegal immigrants.  That might have something to do with it.  I’ll be eagerly waiting Pres. Obama’s speech about how this young girl could have been one of his daughters.

From what I’ve seen, Glenn Beck is the only one in the media expressing any outrage over this at all.  Sad.

AUSTIN, Texas — As many as 10 men allegedly took turns sexually assaulting a 13-year-old runaway Texas girl in an apartment where some cheered and filmed the attacks with their cellphone cameras, according to court records released Thursday.

Authorities have charged two men in the alleged June 29 attacks, which began after the girl ran away from an Austin group home for children and got into a car with three unknown men, according to an arrest affidavit.

Juan Lozano Ortega, 25, and Edgar Gerardo Guzman Perez, 26, were charged Wednesday with aggravated sexual assault of a child. They were being held Thursday in the Travis County Jail on $30,000 bond each. Court and jail records did not indicate whether the men had attorneys.

Austin police did not immediately return a phone message Thursday about the investigation or other possible suspects.

“All of the other males took turns having sex with victim against her will, which lasted through the early morning hours,” the affidavit states.

Investigators found Ortega and Perez because one of them let the girl borrow their cellphone after dropping her off in a neighborhood and telling her to “find somewhere to go,” according to the court documents. The victim called her foster brother, who refused to come pick her up, but his caller ID captured the number of the suspect’s phone.

Doctors who examined the girl told investigators their findings were consistent with her allegations, according to court records.

State child welfare investigators have also started investigating the Settlement Home for Children, where the girl lived, said Patrick Crimmins, spokesman for the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services.

According to its website, the facility believes “that healing and learning take place when a child’s deepest needs are met, both physically and mentally. We are dedicated to helping children who have been abused and neglected by resolving their emotional, behavioral and familial problems and providing quality residential care.”

A phone message and email to the Settlement Home were not immediately returned Thursday.

In Cleveland, Texas, the gang rape of an 11-year-old girl over three months in 2010 led to charges against 14 adults and three juveniles. The rapes happened at a vacant trailer house about 45 miles northeast of Houston. At least 15 of the defendants charged in that case were convicted. One received a life sentence and another 99 years.
