I love how we get the ‘black lives matter’ speal whenever a black person dies by the hand of someone non-black. Apparently though, that doesn’t apply when a black person dies by the hand of another black person, which occurs disproportionately more often. As in, daily. The obvious lack of consistency detracts from the message to those who are interested in justice and not revenge. Yes, black lives do matter, and not just when the person on the other side of the gun happens to be non-black.
